A New system to gain personal power and competence in dealing with life’s challenges.
The moment and the posibility are here to achieve MLK's dream. I have developed a system to let people get aware of 12 areas of power within them. These areas of power are equal for every human being. Since power is useless if it can not be mastered, I developed the posibility to learn how to master every erea of power within a person. A child as a little human being needs less skill to master a power erea, than a grown up does. A person in work situation needs more skills because of the challenges interactions in work gives. And for the part of management and leadership, people need far more skills to function adequatly in rolls for their positions. Mastering skills are universal and executing them, is unique for each and every one of us. Authenticity is the key to self reliance and self development.
We already have great succes in dealing with the challenges that has to be conquered during going through traffic by driving a car. We first learn to master the area of power of the car and by getting a driver's license, we prove to have the capability and ability of mastering the car in situations we meet. The mastering skills are universal and the driving is authentic by each and every one of us.
The areas of power for human beings.
So, if we could succeed in having a system that makes us able to have mastering skills for the areas of power within us, we would be competent drivers of our own 'car' in a universal and authentic way. Some kind of a license would be needed to prove the capability and ability to deal with our own powers in the situations we meet.
All that, is provided for in the system of intra-value and intropreneurship. Now we can learn mastering skills in the following ereas of power of a human being.
The ereas of power for the capability:
1. To turn into a positive personality throug our genetic ancesting (Roots).
2. To create ordening and coherence in that what we experience (Thinking).
3. To create knowledge, skills and attitudes throug gathering and processing information (Learning).
4. To develop personal qualtities throug nature and nurture (Socialization).
5. To be rescilient (Rescilience)
6. To have influence on others and situation (Emotional Intelligence).
7. To be able to deal adequatly with situations (Self management).
8. To aknowledge mutual interest in achieving any succes (Advocacy)
9. To get things done throug endurence and necessaty of results (Perseverance).
10. To create personal leadership (Talents and passion).
11. To function adequatly by being pro-active, interactive and reflective (Decisiveness)
12. To create prescence by dealing with wisdom, smartness and sociability with oneself, the other and the surrounding (Prescence).
The Mastering skills for the areas of power.
Mastering skills for those ereas of power consist of knowledge, tools, strategies and tactics to be able to deal adequatly with challenges.
The amount of skills gives a human being a certain intra-value. Situations demand a certain contence of abilities for dealing adequatly. The ability to mix the right skills makes someone an intropreneur. This is analog to the competence of driving a car. Different strokes for diverent situations.
The intropreneurial licenses vs the diver’s license.
If we want people to change for the better, we have to facilitate them with the right knowledge and conditions to do so. Making use of succesful situations and experiences in one field contributes remarkebly in another. So the system of driver’s licenses provides the ground for the system of intropreneurial licenses.
Imagine how few 'collisions and accidents' would happen in living, working, education, management, leadership and entrepreneurship in everyday life. Where mastering the power of cars is concerend, we have solved the problem and now it is the turn to do so for our own human power. This system of intra-value and intropreneurialship is as good and as concrete as it gets in educating mastering skills for human power ereas! Let’s start working on it.
